Each month ULI updated real estate capital markets commentary that contained statistical information including, but limited to, activities, trends, and performance of: public securities markets and real estate investment trusts (indices of stock market and REIT share price performance, equity and debt capital markets activities, mergers and acquisitions, etc.); public debt securities and commercial mortgaged-backed securities markets (changes in the Treasury yield curve, transaction spreads over Treasury securities, analysis of recent offering, etc.); private equity markets (surveys of capitalization rates, changes in institutional property performance indices, significant property transactions, and activities of investment funds, etc.); and the private debt markets (surveys of mortgage interest rates, transaction terms and conditions, recently completed transactions, etc.).

Commercial Real Estate News Roundup is prepared monthly and is available from ULI at no charge by E-mail subscription. Each issue contains 15 to 30 abstracts of articles culled from more than 1,400 information sources, including major national newspapers, business magazines, Web sites, national and international wire services, and periodicals focusing on office, industrial and commercial real estate. Articles on industry trends, urban growth issues, research reports, survey findings development successes, and failures, problems and solutions, as well as the occasional "offbeat" feature are included.

Housing News Roundup is prepared monthly and is available from ULI at no charge by E-mail subscription. Each issue contains 15 to 30 abstracts of articles culled from more than 1,400 information sources, including major national newspapers, business magazines, Web sites, national and international wire services, and periodicals focusing on affordable, market-rate, single family and multifamily housing. While the range of clip covered is extensive, the articles are summaries to make reading quick, simple and convenient.
